Product Overview
The design of PDM low-voltage/medium-voltage AC-DC bidirectional power supply module adopts advanced soft-switching control technology and current equalization technology, which can realize the bidirectional conversion of AC/DC energy of single-phase AC system and three-phase AC system, and in addition to meeting the zero line current demand of three-phase balanced configuration system.
It also makes the power matching more flexible, so that even if the system is unbalanced due to the matching, the zero line current won't be more than the current of the stand-alone module.
This series of modules has low harmonics, low power consumption, and high efficiency. This series of modules is characterized by low harmonic, high efficiency, high power density, fast charging/discharging conversion, high reliability, and flexible matching.

1. The "Maximum Output Capacity" only represents instantaneous capacity and is not intended for long-term continuous operation.
2. Can be custom-made to provide an EPO function, allowing external control for operation/shutdown, and it can also save standby power consumption.
3. A single module is suitable for single-phase AC, and multiple modules in parallel can adapt to three-phase four-wire systems. When the power supply is balanced, the effective value of the N-line current is less than 10% or a maximum of 5A.
4. Modules can work in series or parallel. For series operation, it is recommended not to exceed 2 units, and there is no limit to parallel operation. However, the length of the lines from the power source to the load must be as consistent as possible or use busbars; otherwise, it will affect the current equalization effect. CAN allows parallel operation and provides monitoring and communication functions.
5. When the operating ambient temperature exceeds 40°C, a 10% derating is applied from 40 to 45°C. Shutdown occurs when the internal temperature test point exceeds 80°C.
6. The default airflow direction for the module is front-to-back. For modules with a DC voltage greater than 48V, it can be adjusted to back-to-front as needed.
7. Some products are non-standardized and may be upgraded or adapted based on customer needs or system changes. Therefore, the product specifications are for reference only, and actual communication will prevail.
